Barolo Cannubbio DOCG
It comes from the nebbiolo vines which grow in the lands of “Cannubbio” farm. These areas are very suitable to give austere and intense wines with a full and harmonious taste and a delicate, elegant smell.
Vintage: the grapes are selected and hand-picked in the vineyard around mid-October.
Vinification: a prolonged fermentation of about 20 days takes place in stainless steel tanks and, after pumping the wine over the cap, when alcoholic fermentation is over, the new wine is decanted in large capacity Slavonian oak casks.
Maturing: in wood for about 4 years. This wine is suitable for prolonged ageing in bottle.
Alcohol content: 13.5 14 degrees.

Barolo Le Brunate DOCG
It comes from the nebbiolo vines which grow in the lands of “La Brunata” farm. These areas are very suitable to give austere and intense wines with a full and harmonious taste and a delicate, elegant smell.

Barbaresco DOCG
Il comes from the nebbiolo grapes which are cultivated following the traditional procedures. It has a smooth and pleasant bouquet and a dry, austere but soft taste.
Vintage: the grapes are selected and hand-picked in the vineyard at the beginning of October.
Vinification: after a 15-day-long fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is decanted in large capacity wooden casks.
Maturing: in wood for about 2 years. This wine is suitable for prolonged ageing in good vintage years.
Alcohol content: 13 degrees.

Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC
These grapes come from the nebbiolo vines situated in particular areas, which give the wine its specific characteristic. It has an austere composition, a light and delicate bouquet, a nice body and a ruby red colour with garnet reflections for more mature wine.
Vintage: the grapes are selected and hand-picked in the vineyard at the beginning of October.
Vinification: the 12-day-long fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards this the wine is decanted in large capacity wooden casks.
Maturing: This wine is suitable for a short ageing in wood.
Alcohol content: 12.5 13 degrees.

Barbera d'Alba DOC
It comes from the barbera grapes and it has a dry body. It is pleasantly bitter but becomes milder until it reaches a full and balanced taste. It has a bright ruby red colour.
Vintage: the grapes are selected and hand-picked in the vineyard at the beginning of October.
Vinification: the 15-day-long fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine is decanted in large capacity wooden casks.
Maturing: in wood for several months. This wine is best after a short ageing.
Alcohol content: 12.5 13.5 degrees.

Dolcetto d'Alba Roussot DOC
It comes from the dolcetto vine and it is a fragrant wine with a dry and delicate taste, with a pleasantly fruity bouquet and a ruby red colour.
Vintage: the grapes are selected and hand-picked in the vineyard at the end of September.
Vinification: the 10-day-long fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and, after pumping the wine over the cap and the alcoholic fermentation is over, the new wine is decanted in large capacity Slavonian oak casks.
Maturing: in wood for a few months. This wine must be drunk when still young.
Alcohol content: 12 12.5 degrees

Grignolino d'Asti DOC
It is a young and delicate wine, light ruby red in colour. It combines a refined and characteristic taste to its original and fruity bouquet.
Vintage: the grapes are selected and hand-picked in the vineyard towards the middle of September.
Vinification: a rather short fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank. After decanting and some months of ageing in another tank, it is bottled.
Maturing: This wine is suitable for long ageing.
Alcohol content: 12 12.5 degrees.
